The developer who has a broad understanding of the entire stack. They are essential to large projects and are the key to get everything put together. Our Full-stack developers who has complex understanding of all areas can work partly as back-end or front-end. The Full-stack developer isn’t restricted to any layer of the system architecture (presentation, business & data).
Key responsibilities
- Translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual, functional user interfaces.
- Ensuring the application works seamlessly across different browsers.
- Writing client-side logic and connecting it with the back-end services.
- Rapidly creating prototypes to validate design concepts and functionalities.
- Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for the server-side of applications.
- Development and integration of robust and secure back-end services.
- Analyzing and improving the efficiency and stability of back-end components.
- Ensuring the application adheres to security best practices to protect data and privacy.
- Conducting thorough testing to identify and fix issues.
- Contribution to the team’s success through proactive problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Adherence to coding standards and best practices in development.
- Answering surveys related to technical state.
- Registration of time on projects.
- Identifying bottlenecks and bugs and devising solutions to these problems.
- Timely delivery of project milestones and tasks.
- Positive collaboration with other developers to deliver cohesive end-user experiences.
- Participate with the team in continuous improvement of code base and processes by suggesting improvements.
- Decide direction with the team with support for Team Lead.
- Answering surveys related to technical state.
- Registration of time on projects.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, GraphQL and TailwindCSS.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficient in back-end programming in TypeScript on node.js.
- Experience with database management and design (CloudSQL/PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in using version control tools, such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
